Please contact your bank for a return date if you need to cancel a ride before we can accept the payment. Since issuing a refund that hasn’t processed on our end of the system is outside of our control. Refunds often requires the bank a few business days, before returning to your account.
For out-of-state standard Kruze sedan rides, anything exceeding two riders will amount to $25 per person. Regarding Kruze XL, we can fit over four customers. But anything over four will incur an extra fee of $25 per person.
For rides involving more than two individuals, we permit each person to bring along one suitcase and one carry-on item.
In order to avoid having your appointment cancelled due to safety regulations, if you are not a college student or the parent of a college student, please contact us before booking a ride.
